One of our partners was given a design for a unique double sided flag mounted sign for a walk-in clinic. We love to fabricate fun and interesting designs, so here we go…
First we welded up the aluminum frame to match the design. The two aluminum tubes extend all the way through the sign for rigidity.
Then our paint department had their way with it. The frame was masked and painted several times to get the different colors applied.
We CNC cut the dimensional shapes out of high density urethane. HDU is very durable and weather resistant when finished properly.
A little sculpting was done to match the design and then the pieces were finished using a 2-part catalyzed polyurethane paint.
The letters and cross logo were laser cut using acrylic and painted to match the design. All the elements were drilled and tapped for attachment to the perforated aluminum faces.
The letters we attached using tube spacers to give clearance for the stethoscope graphic.
All the elements attached to one face. Now for the other side…
Once the faces were assembled, we attached them to the aluminum frame.
Fully assembled sign….
…ready to ship out to our partner. We love it when a plan comes together!!!
